NoahArk369 offers subscription-based access to our software and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations work.

2) Free Trial (30 Days)

  • You can cancel at any time during the trial.

  • If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged when the trial ends.

3) No Refunds After Subscription Starts

Once a paid subscription is activated (i.e., the trial ends and payment is successfully processed, or a paid plan starts immediately):

  • All payments are non-refundable, including:

    • first subscription charge after trial

    • renewals

    • partial-month usage

    • unused time remaining in the subscription period

This applies even if you did not use the service during the billing period.

4) Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

  • Cancellation stops future billing, but your access may continue until the end of the current paid period (depending on the platform/payment provider).

  • To cancel, use the cancellation method provided at purchase (for example, through your payment provider dashboard or your account portal, if available).

5) Exceptions (If Required by Law)

In certain countries/regions, mandatory consumer protection laws may grant refund rights. If such laws apply to you, we will comply with them.
